I had my ultrasound this evening and I got the all clear - no gallstones. (PHEW!)
The technician, who also happened to be pregnant herself, printed this little gem out for us, too. Very kind of her - she tried to look for the sex, but we clearly have a very modest baby :-)
I think the photo is pretty clear, but just in case, the head is facing downward on the left - the baby just looks so cozy, no?

I would simultaneously like to offer my heartiest congrats to you guys on your being in the family way, as well as my deepest condolences about the recurrence of your mom's illness. Hang in there... (picture a kitten dangling from a tree when you read that. And maybe think to yourself something like "Friday's coming!"). My mom's going to be in Haifa for about a week in a few weeks; maybe you'll see her around.
