Remiss
I have been most remiss about posting on my blog. Please accept my apologies. I have a new hobby. It's Liam. I would rather hold him than write about him. We (I keep handing the camera to anyone who passes by) have taken a bunch of photos and I haven't posted them. Daddy and I took our trip down to Pa for Celeste's wedding and on to DC for the town meeting portion of the Discovery Special, Living With Cancer. That was almost 2 weeks ago! I can't believe how fast the time has flown. I will try to post a litte more regularly, but, truth be told, I just might be busy.

I was a bit suprised you didn't post about the town meeting. It was such a neat experience. I loved dropping names over the next week of all the people I met, and the whole experience really impressed me. I thought that I could never hold a thought in my head the way Ted Koppel did between commercial breaks- kids love getting me on a tangent...yeah- I'm one of those teachers. I don't think that's bad- I once took a course on literature I was completely uninterested in simply because the teacher was that entertaining!
On the other hand, I can understand not wanting to put Liam down. I love him and all his little tiny parts!

Plus, if you put him down, he wails. I don't mean just cries or fusses, I mean wails. Not all the time, but he really is happiest being held, and even not then sometimes. He does seem to love the outdoors. I know that sounds weird, but it has yet to fail. If he is crying and you take him outside, he stops. It is sort of amazing. Anyway, he was at the pediatrician yesterday and he is up to 7 pounds 11 ounces. Growing Boy!

Hi Stephanie, Just finishing watching the Discovery Special....thank God for TIVO! I thought it was really an awesome show, very well done and you really spoke well. What a room full of amazing people! I'm so glad to be able to read your blog, to read how you are getting along. And I smile to think of you with Liam in your arms. I promise, I will stop by soon.
