Sling Thing

Mark (and Liam's) new favorite thing is our Baby Bjorn.

As you can see, Liam doesn't technically fit in it yet, as it's still a slight stretch to get his arms out the armholes.

See his face? That's where his arms will eventually go, but for now, he's quite content to snuggle up to Mark in it and go to sleep, which I find adorable. It also frees us both up. I hand Liam over to Mark and then the sling enables Mark to still go about whatever he wants to do since his hands are still free.

That's absolutely awesome! The first picture is great ... it looks like Mark's shirt has sprouted legs becaus the Bjorn looks to be the same color as his shirt! :)

Ah, the Bjorn. We loved ours. When Petunia was tiny, I'd put her in it and dry my hair in the morning. Being close to mom + white noise = baby sleep. I also would clean the house and do laundry with Petunia in the Bjorn.

Best thing of all was, I would put it on and play the piano around her. We have pictures of Petunia facing forward in the Bjorn (probably like 4 months old), hanging on me while I'm playing Beethoven. I think she liked looking at the black notes on the white page and listening to Moonlight Sonata.

beyond cute!!! look at those tiny feetsis of his and his wittel itsy bitsy face!!!! very moosh!

Have you ever thought about putting ads in your RSS feed? It looks like you have a good amount of traffic on your website. I know some readers don't appreciate ads very much, but it could provide a way to at least pay for the hosting or even get a few extra coins. I know I usually click on the ads on blogs that I read regularly just to show support. Just an option to think about.

Between me and my husband we've owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I've settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.
