Tea Treasures

I know, I know, it's happened to all of you at some time or another. You just have to buy me a gift and you have no clue as to what to get me!

Well, I am here to help you. Soothe your sorrows and calm your woes.

O. My. Gosh. I think I've found heaven on earth.

The other night, we went out to dinner and I ordered some rosemary tea. Turned out they didn't have it, but would I like one of their other decaffeinated teas that they didn't advertise on their menu? I decided to try 'rooibos cocoa ginger'. As I said before, "O. My. Gosh." I must have more! It was amazingly delicious.

And I found it - at the delightful online Tea Treasures Shop. They also have mint chocolate rooibus and a yummy sounding Mexican rooibus with cayenne in it.

They also have beautiful teapots and mugs and other yummy teas (which is the stuff I can mainly afford, though they also have some lovely affordable teapots).

If you need any further hints, I'd be happy to oblige. Just let me know ;-)

can i ask where you went for dinner? i'm usually dismayed by the tea selection in most places we visit...perhaps i should be asking for what's NOT on the menu :)
nice site, i'll keep it in mind :):)

Fattoush (or, as I fondly call it "Fat Tush") :-)

Fattoush sounds very familiar.Did we go there with you on our visit. rooibus sounds very cartoony. Sounds divine tho'. It seems very strange to me to order something not on the menu.
Oh well. Live and learn. I am happy you are happy with this ristorante.

Fattoush is the restaurant down in the German Colony. I don't remember what we ordered, but I do remember the lovely Duze embroidery on the wall. We were in a little room with only one or two other tables. Lovely.

That's the one. We probably had a lot of hummus. We took M&K there too.

ahhh, fat tush (i like the new and improved name...mind if i adopt?:) well, i haven't been there in a loooong time, looks like i have to visit them again soon.thank-you!!!
ps, i'm looking for a new home for 2 packets of lovely green tea, i did a stock take and we have waaay more than we can drink. interested, or know anyone who might be????

French is a descendant of the Latin language of the Roman Empire, as are national languages such as Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Romanian and Catalan, and minority languages ranging from Occitan to Neapolitan and many more. Its closest relatives however are the other langues d'oïl and French-based creole languages. Its development was also influenced by the native Celtic languages of Roman Gaul and by the (Germanic) Frankish language of the post-Roman Frankish invaders.
