Peanut butter on toast....

I put two pieces of oatnut bread in the toaster oven and soon they were fragrant to tease my sensibilities. I eagerly awaited their demise only to be disconcerted that it was taking so long for my POOH-LIKE tummy to get at them. I had Brummel and Brown yogurt butter spread and orange marmalade to lathe them with. I was planned and ready. My decaf was in hand. All I needed was the toast. I shall forever love my wondrous relationship with toast....won't you?
Tomorrow the Prez is coming to town. The college, at least is abuzz about the whole surly, I mean silly affair. Lots of talk of snipers(security) on the roof anf three choppers and all that. I am going to stay home and miss my simple stretch class and running on the indoor track, and, of course, my AFC microwave popcorn. OOOh the gall of the whole derned ordeal....
The forsythias are almost in full bloom now, daffodils are in full force with the tulips not far behind. The trees are budding and so swelling they can't be too long in the bloom as well. Green and colors are welcome after our record snow year. Yes, we had the record this year at something like 155" or so. We missed a big swatch of it when we were in Haifa with 70 degrees and sunshine( I still am amazed at how fair it was considering the weather we were expecting).
Today I potted some seeds started indoors some ten days ago or so. Zukes, and cukes, and patio tomatoes and a couple of yellow summer squashes. My babies should od well if I can get away from school long enuff to remember them in the window sill hanger.Or is that hangar....oh well.
May you all have really keen evenings, and peachy days tomorrow. Here's to gardening, and here's to the Prez who has been messing with my snackerdooodles. May his team be bohemian, and his time here spendiferous in spite of it.We can only benefit from his visit at the college and the publicity perhaps bring some increase in Mentor's economy and other neat stuff. ciao! y'all!

Hey, Papa! I accidentally despammed a comment you posted. I tried to re-create it from memory, but I don't think that's exactly right. Anyway, I apologise; it was a result of removing some spam, and I caught your comment by mistake.

Apologetically,
Nathan

I had toast this morning too. I spread peanut butter on it and enjoyed it. I gardened a bit, planted flowers w/ the hope they might bloom around graduation(wishful thinking). As I stood up I felt light headed. I slowly became convinced that vomit may be a reality...So I lay down and slept it off.
Eric went on a bike ride. When he got home I made him a tuna fish sandwich. I opened the bread and it smelled like the garden- like dirt. I pulled out four slices of bread to make two sandwiches to find green moldy shtuff on the bread.
In other news I noticed ten helicopters flying over the potomac on Friday...curiousness.

Rae, I hope you made it inside before you lay down to sleep it off.
And that earthy smell in food is a tell-tale sign that you needn't go any farther. Just close the bag, put it in the trash and go to the store for more bread.

Oooh peenty butter on toasties! Mit a t'wittle bit o' jammies! YeSH....Yesh! S'mouthwaterin'!
An fresh berries in heavy cream n' a nice latte grande! Ooh, ooh! now yer talkin'.

By the way....my 'sperience is dat nuttin' planted to bloom on a specific day in a specific lifetime.....ever does. 'Sperience says so ma deerie!

lieben fur Jahren,
