To all my children (or most, anyway)
To those of you who are expecting something from me in the mail, there is hope. I finally got to the post office today. To those of you who were not expecting anything, don't bother checking because I didn't send you anything but my love and the post office refuses to handle that.

How depressing.
The majority of your children are getting something in the mail, but at least one is not.
Well, I got a double CD from Danio the other day, so I'll just live on that for a while :-)

I included in-law children in the list.

Hey, wait - are you referring to wedding invitations? Or is too early for that?

Too early.

And it really isn't the majority of my kids. Two kids and two in-laws (or almost).

i.e. mendon and kristen and rachael and eric. it should have been, "to all of my children within the contiguous united states." Or, "everyone to whom I can ship via UPS ground." something like that?

Actually, it's Kristen, Mendon, Rachael, and . . . MARK!
I'm sorry to tease you like this, but it is sort of fun! Sorry, I don't have anything for you at the moment.

Hey, Maman!
I love you!

Was I expecting something? I don't remember what- but I'll keep my eye's peeled

Hey, Rae, how did school go?! We'd love to hear about it!
Posted by: Mara | September 10, 2005 11:17 AM
Yeah, Nae, I love you, too. But I'm not sending you anything. You don't pick up your mail. I couldn't bear to have whatever I sent you returned to me. If I have anything to give you, I'll give it to you in person. At least it won't cost me postage if you leave it behind.

Ouch!
I posted about school. It's several snippets of conversation. It's all I have energy for. I love it with the kids but we have so many fricking meaningless meetings.
I got the bandaids. Thanks. For those of you who don't know- DC doesn't seem to believe that people need butterfly bandaids.

Mara, Did Mark get his letter yet?
