We're Back!

Well, I suppose this is a test to see if I can maneuver around the new interface or whatever Nathan has done to this site. I don't know about you guys, but everything is crowded into about one fifth of the screen on the left. I can fit about three to five words on a line, depending on the size of the words.

Other than that, it seems to be similar.

This weekend, I decided, once again, to try to enter some recipes into a computer cookbook so I can pass them on to you guys, assuming that you want them. I am using Cook'n 99, so you can get a feel for how terrufic' this progam is! (It sucks!) It has tons of recipes in it already that clog and clutter what I am trying to do. These are recipes that I wouldn't feed to a dog! And I only use the program about every six months, so I have to figure it out all over again each time. I don't use it more often because it is frustrating.
Anyway! I will keep trying (unless someone else has a better program!) so if there are specific recipes of mine or Daddy's or Gramma's or Mimi's, let me know and I will include them.

Hey, Maman!

I'm glad to see you're enjoying the use of color. It does spice things up.

Also, you should refresh the website the next time you log in; that problem with the squished up on the side of the screen thing is solved now, but your browser has a cached format that needs to be flushed. A refresh ought to do that.

So, how do you use color?

Oh, and the person has to have okayed html in their comments. I think that may have gone away in our revamp. Let's test it out!

Nope, we lost it. I'm not sure I remember where I enabled that.

yeah, maman, how do you use color? see, I'm posting on your blog. the book, well, let's aim for summer when my mind will be spinning and searching for something to keep me busy and from becoming depressed!

This is so weird! There is a comment missing -- the one where I tell you all how to use color! It was there yesterday.

Anyway. Think html. But in the carots (great than, less than signs) you write "font color=orange" or whatever color you want. It will work for some color names and not others. Experiment. To end color type "/font" between carots.

I looked at my set up and can't find the screen to enable html in my comments. Any hints?

This thread makes much more sense now!

We got our package! How fun! We love it!! The book is AWESOME!!!

And people are loving the multi-colored note pads!

THANK YOU!!!!!

Oh, I am so glad -- that you got it, that you liked it. Yes, I thought the book was fun and might even come in handy in your translations (heeheheh.)
