Snark.

I think I better get this out.

I'm feeling snarky, amongst other things.

To add to the list of my wonderful life at the moment, today I found MOLD growing behind our bed - and lots of it. What else to do but attack it? So I did, taking dirty laundry down to the basement to wash ... to find water, puddled, on the carpeted floor.

Rah! Rant! Rant! Rant! I could go on, get pissy, and probably make some people not like me very much, so I'll stop there.

Last night I had another dream about being an artist, getting asked to participate in a film festival in India for my work (which included a red clay & ruby nautilus that also somehow involved film). I told my mother, "maybe I could actually make a career of this" and she sighed, replying, "that's what I've been trying to tell you."

I absolutely LOVE the part of your dream about your mother!

Hey, thats rubbish about the mold mate.

I had a dream about you in Haifa, you told me to go and look out a window and I saw the Taj Mahal, so we were in India too!

An artist huh?

OK, not as exciting and meaningful as your dream about YOUR mother, but because I'm sure that the fact that I read your post had something to do with MY dream last night, I want to share. Keep in my mind that I very infrequently (even while pregnant) remember my dreams. My mom grabbed my belly and kind of wiggled it around, waited to feel the baby move, then looked at me and said "nope, you're not quite ready yet. Almost, but not yet."

In so many ways ... not quite ready yet. But almost. :)

What a cool dream, Crys - and so spot on! (you'll never be ready, heheheh)

I'd like to think that we're "ready, but at the same time, I'm sure you can't ever be fully be "ready". Because, "ready" for what? That question can only truly be answered by Grace, after she's made her grand entrance. ;) Till then (she says naively), I'm as ready as I'm going to be.
