Winter's blight doth bite me harsh...

I have been by the lake today.
Bitter cold in windy exaltation.
Sunlight hallows every glistening snow.
I inch along so frigid is the day.
Where winter's blight doth bite me harsh
and molds my frozen shapenned clay.
I have now seen the darkened waves.
They crash and shudder underneath these lands.
Aroar these shapes do shake my bodies core.
I leave so as to just protect my heart.
and blocks away I am still deeply moved.
I have been by the lake today....
